Takeoff Pro is offered by Bruco Group (Pty) Ltd with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund you can:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email our support team at information@brucogroup.co.za with your order details and we will assist.

Subscription renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.
